It's what's for dinner...

I've hit an new all-time dinner-makin' low.

Corn dogs. With pasta.roni noodles. Leftover veggies.

Where did I get that idea?

My dear girl, Ellie.

Why am I listening to her?

The winter-dinner doldrums are hitting hard and fast here in the Midwest.

Ugg.

Ketchup, anyone?

Awww, Kris... I thought it was just me. Thanks for sharing this post which I thought was funny, but I can hear the heavyness in your voice. Amen to the winter doldrum thing. Ugh.

Since you're serving ketchup, I'll send Madeline over with a spoon. It's her new favorite thing to eat!

Thinking of the meal is the hardest part of making the meal. Sure the hubs loved that meal! Hee hee. Oh well, we had leftover soup for the 2nd night this week.

At our house that's fine cuisine! At least it's something you know all the kids will eat! I hear you though about the winter doldrums. I am ready to get outside and enjoy some warmer weather!

I'm totally with you Kris. I think my children are going to become little bowls of mac and cheese if I don't start cooking a bit more... I'm ready for spring too!
